PORTO
Wine&Fish
A culinary and vinophile long weekend in Porto. On the trail of a famous sardines manufacturer and Portugal's most historic wines. Classic and contemporary, with shells and without bones, still or 'fortified', iconic and completely newly discovered. A trip for foodies and wine enthusiasts who want to explore a city and region through culinary delights and the best wines.
Looking forward to our first ‘Saúde’!
Yours,
“It doesn’t always have to be something new. I love finding old-fashioned gems, hotels with soul, family-run restaurants or wine bars that may not even exist.”
Sardines & barnacles
Lunch at 'O Gaveto', the most traditional fish restaurant in Matosinhos (Porto's fishing port). Dinner at Cozinha dos Flores, the new restaurant by celebrity chef Nuno Mendes. He loves the seafood cuisine of the Atlantic.
